FOUNDER & CEO
Steph Honami has been practicing human resources for over twenty-five years. She founded Lotus Method, LLC in 2016 to realize her dream of improving how HR is done. Working in many corporate environments and understanding office politics, she continued to find solutions which resulted in the best outcome for the business, always keeping people’s livelihoods in mind. Spearheading a project at her last employer resulted in the company realizing over a $1M profit. This was enough validation for Steph to embark on her entrepreneurial journey to help more businesses thrive by creating a culture which promoted equality, recognized high achievers, nurtured transparency, and valued trust. Steph and her team of consultants are here to help start moving your company to achieve a successful culture.
